01 / The Brief
A huge idea. Not a simple one to communicate.
Jaxsta’s concept is compelling but complex. Born of a musician’s passion for the industry, the platform gives every contributor to recorded music — from the headline act to the sound engineer — an accurate, verifiable record of their work. Translating that into something emotionally resonant for a music industry audience, rather than just functionally useful, required a different kind of thinking.

Every Note Counts.
The first step was finding the insight. Working in music is a labour of love for most — recognition is rare and the credits often go to the few. That truth became the strategic foundation. The brand mark, brand story and tagline all grew from it.

A brand built to move.
The Jaxsta identity was designed from the outset to work in motion. Animation became a core part of how the brand communicated — bringing energy and relevance to a platform built for a creative industry.
